Kitchen Designer Policies

At Kitchens by Frankie, we believe every project deserves clear communication, accurate expectations, and a smooth, stress-free experience. Our policies are designed to protect both the homeowner and the designer while keeping your project on track from the very first consultation.

1. Design Consultation Policy

All design consultations—virtual or in-person—must be booked in advance. Consultation fees are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Measurement Policy (Home Measure Service)

For projects requiring precise dimensions, we proudly partner with Home Measure Service.
All measurement services are billed separately and are non-refundable. Detailed floor plans and as-built drawings are delivered after the site visit and are intended for design and planning purposes only.

3. Design Deliverables

Design concepts, layouts, and recommendations are provided digitally unless otherwise requested. Final designs are delivered only after full payment is received. Any revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

4. Cabinetry, Countertops & Material Selections

All product recommendations, finish selections, and material suggestions are based on availability at the time of design. Pricing is subject to change from manufacturers, vendors, and fabricators. We cannot guarantee product availability until an order is placed.

5. Installer Recommendations

Kitchens by Frankie provides highly trusted installer referrals, but all installation work is contracted directly between the homeowner and the installer. We do not manage or oversee labor performed by third-party contractors.

6. Payment Policy

Payments for design services, measurements, and consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Material deposits and cabinetry payments follow vendor-specific requirements and must be paid in full to begin production.

7. Project Timeline

While we strive to deliver fast, accurate design services, timelines may vary based on project size, revisions, vendor lead times, and installer scheduling. We maintain open communication throughout the process to keep you fully updated.

8. Communication Policy

We respond to emails and messages within normal business hours. Design changes, approvals, and updates must be confirmed via email to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us—including floor plans, photos, and personal details—will never be sold or shared with outside parties except when collaborating with trusted partners such as Home Measure Service or recommended installers.

10. Project Responsibility

Kitchens by Frankie provides design guidance, plans, and product recommendations. Homeowners and contractors are responsible for verifying all final field measurements prior to ordering and installation.
